Assassin's Creed Unveils Bizarre AoT Crossover for Holiday Season

In a bizarre crossover event that breaks traditional predictions, Ubisoft has revealed an virtual crossover between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising Thanksgiving event operates from November 25 through December 22, including free additional story content for Shadows players.

Strange Mission Uncovered

According to the authorized statement, "A mysterious confrontation draws heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original adventure, where whispers of prohibited rituals and monstrous transformations resonate through the shadows." The plot features a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who charges the duo with journeying into the Crystal Cave—a key location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a secret group.

The questline centers on "bizarre tests and a monstrous enemy" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Locations and Transformations

The teaser highlights the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The trailer finishes with a powerful scene showing a character, likely the hostage, morphing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.

Unique Items and Bonus Features

Players who accomplish the mission will receive an special katana alongside several objects hidden throughout the area in hidden chests. The update also contains purchasable Attack on Titan item packs, featuring:

Third Free Story Addition
